Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty

1.1. Eligibility

  • Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser from E6 Racing Components LLC or one of its approved vendors.

  • Second-hand items are not eligible for warranty or the crash replacement program.

1.2. Warranty Period for Rims

  • The warranty for rims is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually for possible extended warranties.

  • Custom Rims: In the event that a warranty claim is approved for a custom rim, E6 Racing Components LLC reserves the right to substitute a stocked version, as custom rims may not be easily duplicated.

1.3. Warranty for Seats

  • The warranty for seats is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

1.4. Conditions

  • Warranties are void if product failure or defects are shared online via social media or similar outlets.

  • E6 Racing Components LLC reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the product was not assembled by a professional or an E6-approved builder.

2. Crash Replacement Program

2.1. Eligibility

  • The crash replacement program is offered to the original purchaser only.

2.2. Conditions

  • Prices for crash replacements will vary and can be offered for non-custom designs.

  • Eligibility for the crash replacement program will be voided if product failure is shared online via social media or similar outlets.

3. Refunds

3.1. General Conditions

  • E6 Racing Components LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests for custom projects or full wheel builds.

  • Lead times provided are estimates only and do not constitute grounds for refunds.

  • Color matching and design accuracy cannot be guaranteed and are not grounds for refunds.

3.2. Incorrect Shipments

  • Incorrect shipments are not grounds for a refund but will be reviewed on an individual basis.

3.3. Restocking Fee

  • All items deemed eligible for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which E6 Racing Components LLC is based.

4.2. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • E6 Racing Components LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
