What type of warranty do you offer?  

E6 carbon rims include a two-year warranty for the original purchaser. E6 seats include a 60-day warranty. Crash-replacement options may also be available. Please review our Terms and Conditions for complete eligibility requirements and coverage details: terms and conditions.

What is the difference between carbon and aluminum rims?

Carbon rims can provide lower rotational weight, increased stiffness and improved power transfer compared with traditional aluminum rims.​

What materials are used for your carbon rims?

 E6 rims are manufactured using high-modulus T700 and T800 carbon fiber.

Will caliper brake pads damage the rims? 

E6 rim-brake models feature a basalt braking surface. We recommend using brake pads specifically designed for carbon rims. Contact us before ordering if you need help selecting compatible brake pads.

Do you offer any custom colors or designs on your rims? 

Yes. E6 offers several logo colors, finishes and custom design options. Some custom options may increase the price or production time. Contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
